Pet Welfare and Handling

Appointments may be paused, shortened, adjusted, or stopped where the pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern. If severe matting or similar coat condition would make a requested result unsafe or unkind, a shorter practical finish may be recommended.
