If a coat needs extra care, we may recommend a staged grooming plan with short sessions based on the pet's comfort and the condition of the coat. When needed, the scope can be adjusted, paused, or shortened to protect welfare.
We also provide pre-appointment coat photo review, pre-visit guidance for owners, and one-household appointments at a time. If the agreed groom needs to change, we discuss it before moving ahead so the result stays realistic and gentle.
