Puppy first visits and grooming familiarization sessions are introductory appointments. They help your pet settle in, but they do not guarantee a full haircut or every grooming stage.
If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
Severe matting may require a shorter practical finish if brushing through it would cause avoidable discomfort. Any scope change is discussed before we continue.
